FAQ

Questions, answered.

The details that help you take the next step.

Should I start with private label, OEM or ODM?

If an existing model fits your idea, start with its reference and the brand details you want to change. If you have a defined design, send drawings for an OEM discussion. If the concept needs product design support, explain the use case for an ODM discussion. Agree the actual design and manufacturing scope in the project brief.

Can I change just the logo, color or packaging?

You can request individual changes without proposing a completely new product. Share the exact model and artwork so the available process, material compatibility, quantity requirements and packaging fit can be reviewed.

What is the MOQ for a customized order?

MOQ is confirmed for the model, customization, color breakdown and packaging. Include your total quantity and quantity per variant in the inquiry; one minimum should not be assumed to apply to every product or set.

What files should I prepare for a new design?

Start with a drawing or reference image, critical dimensions, intended use and preferred materials. For branding, add logo artwork and placement. The team will confirm which production files and further details are needed for the agreed development scope.

How are sample fees and timing confirmed?

Single-piece samples are available for project evaluation. Sample fees, tooling charges and delivery conditions are confirmed with the quotation. Ask for a schedule that distinguishes design or tooling work, sample review, bulk production and transport. Changes after approval should be reviewed for their effect on cost and timing.

Who owns a custom mold or design?

Confirm ownership, permitted use, storage, maintenance and any exclusivity terms in writing before development starts. These terms are project-specific and are not established by a catalog selection or a general website description.

What should be checked before bulk production?

Review the agreed model and revision, dimensions, materials, color, logo, packaging and quantity breakdown. Record the approved sample and any remaining changes, then confirm inspection requirements and delivery terms in the order documents.

Can I request documents for my destination market?

Include the destination country, sales channel and required documentation in the brief. Availability and any testing arrangements must be checked for the specific product. A factory management-system certificate does not establish product-specific compliance.
