Which guide should I read first?+
Start with the quotation-request guide when you are selecting models or preparing your first inquiry. Use the sample checklist when you receive samples, and define packaging before approving the final specification.
Can I inquire before every specification is decided?+
Yes. Send a model or reference image, the intended quantity and market, and mark the details you need help with. Price, samples and timing can then be discussed against a more specific brief.
Does one MOQ apply to every model and color?+
Do not assume a single minimum covers every configuration. State quantities per model, color and pack format, then request confirmation of the applicable minimum for each.
Should packaging be included in sample approval?+
Include packaging in the review when it is part of your order. Check the artwork revision, label information, set contents and protection, and record any details still awaiting confirmation.
Where can I check BOFEI’s factory documents?+
The Factory page presents the manufacturing entity, production photos and supplied quality and design documents. Ask the team to match any product-specific report or design record to the model and destination market in your inquiry.
