01Individual product packaging
Specify whether the tool needs a protective bag, retail card or box, and ask which options are available for the selected model. Define label placement and the information that must appear on the pack. Do not assume every model supports the same format.
02Coordinated sets
List every component and the quantity of each. Distinguish one set from one piece when discussing price and minimum quantities. Confirm how the components are held and protected and how colors are matched within a set.
Explore↗03Artwork and market requirements
Provide your logo, artwork revision and required languages. Tell the team about barcode or channel requirements before sample approval. Request product-specific documents for the destination market rather than treating a factory certificate as a product approval.
04Carton information
Confirm the number of pieces or sets per carton, carton dimensions and gross weight. Keep unit dimensions and net weight separate. The final packing specification should correspond to the exact model and packaging option in your order.
