Who we are and how to contact us BOFEI is the brand of Foshan Bofei Houseware Products Co., Ltd., based at Floors 1–4, Room 102, Building 45, No. 88 Haitian Road, Hecheng Street, Gaoming District, Foshan, Guangdong, China. Guangzhou Wanmei Beauty Products Co., Ltd. handles related sales activities. Inquiry information may be shared with the relevant manufacturing and sales team to respond to your request. Your quotation or contract identifies the entity handling your order. For privacy questions or requests, email sales@bofeihairtools.com with the subject “Privacy request”. ## 2. Information we receive You may provide your name, business email, company details, contact number, selected models, quantities, customization requirements, destination, correspondence and files. Send only information needed for your project, and ensure you are entitled to share information about others. Our hosting and security providers receive technical information such as IP address, browser details, request time and requested page. Where analytics is enabled, we also process page interactions, campaign parameters and browser analytics identifiers. We do not intentionally send inquiry text or attachments to Google Analytics. ## 3. Why we use information We use business contact and project information to respond, supply catalogs, assess samples and customization, prepare quotations and manage orders. We use technical records to deliver and protect the website and investigate abuse. Analytics helps us understand website use and inquiry sources. Where applicable, processing business inquiries is necessary to take steps requested before a contract or perform a contract; legal records may be retained to meet legal obligations. Website operation, business communication and security also serve our legitimate business interests, subject to applicable law. The website currently loads configured analytics automatically and does not provide a consent banner. This notice explains that behavior; it does not treat browsing as consent. ## 4. Service providers and recipients Cloudflare provides website hosting and network protection. Where online inquiry services are enabled, Cloudflare Workers, D1 and private R2 storage support inquiry processing and files, and Turnstile protects submissions from abuse. Google Analytics provides measurement on configured production domains; the inquiry measurement service uses server-side Google Tag Manager hosted by Stape when active. Embedded YouTube players can connect automatically when their page section loads. YouTube/Google receives technical connection information and, when you play a video, playback information. Opening WhatsApp or sending email uses your chosen provider and its privacy terms. Information may also be disclosed to advisers or authorities where necessary for legal obligations or claims. ## 5. International processing BOFEI operates in China. Our hosting, communication and analytics providers may process information in other countries. The protections available can differ by location. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the relevant transfer must be handled with those safeguards; contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your inquiry. ## 6. Retention and security Retention depends on the purpose: whether an inquiry remains active, an order or warranty needs follow-up, and applicable accounting, legal or dispute requirements. We review information when it is no longer needed and delete or anonymize it where retention is no longer justified. Contact us about a specific inquiry or deletion request. Browser storage periods are described below. We use access restrictions and provider security features appropriate to the service. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information. ## 7. Your choices and rights Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may contact us to withdraw it for future processing; this does not undo processing already carried out lawfully. Browser controls and Google’s Analytics opt-out tool can restrict browser tracking. Email sales@bofeihairtools.com; we may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Some requests are subject to legal exceptions, including required order records. You may complain to the data protection authority competent for your location. ## 8. Analytics, browser storage and embedded video On configured production domains, Google Analytics loads automatically to measure website use. The Pages review domain is excluded from production GA4 measurement. Cookies such as _ga and _ga_ distinguish browsers and sessions; Google’s default lifetime is two years, subject to browser and configuration limits. When inquiry tracking is active, campaign identifiers and the referring page are stored as b2b-attribution-v1 in local storage and reused for up to 30 days. The inquiry shortlist uses bofei:inquiry:v1 in session storage, normally for the tab’s browsing session, subject to browser session restoration. The list is not an order submission. YouTube uses its privacy-enhanced player, which does not mean no information is processed. Google/YouTube controls any related third-party storage. You can clear cookies and site data, restrict third-party storage in your browser, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Clearing site data can remove your shortlist. Browser controls may affect video and other features. ## 9. Business use, available channels and updates This website is intended for business buyers, not children. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal information. Contact us if such information has been supplied. Email and WhatsApp are available contact channels. A disabled form does not submit your entries; use the displayed alternatives. If this notice changes, we update the date above and provide additional notice where required.
