OEM / ODM hair tools for your brand.

Plan a private-label or OEM/ODM order for your brand, import or wholesale business. Start with a catalog model, drawing or product brief, then review colors, logos, tooling, packaging and bulk quantities.

## What are you starting with?

Choose the route closest to your project. The design work, tooling and approval steps are then agreed around your selected product.

### PRIVATE LABEL: An existing model. Your brand.

Start from the collection and discuss the brand details you want to change.

Bring to the discussion: Model reference, quantity by color, logo and packaging idea.

Decide together: Available configuration, decoration method and packaging fit.

### OEM: Your design. A production brief.

Bring your drawings or specifications for a product-specific feasibility review.

Bring to the discussion: Drawings, dimensions, materials, required features and planned order quantity.

Decide together: Construction, tolerances, tooling scope and sample requirements.

### ODM: A product idea. Design support.

Discuss product design support when you have a clear use case but need to develop the details.

Bring to the discussion: Intended use, reference images, target market, essential features and planned quantity.

Decide together: Design deliverables, revisions and feasibility before committing to tooling.

## Make each choice specific.

OEM/ODM services including product design, custom mold development, logo engraving, color matching and customized packaging.

### Color & finish

What to provide: A color reference for each component and the quantity per color.

What to confirm: Material compatibility, finish and an agreed physical color sample.

### Logo & placement

What to provide: Logo artwork, approximate size and a marked placement image.

What to confirm: Whether engraving or another agreed method suits the shape and material.

### Material & components

What to provide: Intended use, preferred material and brush or comb construction.

What to confirm: Available options for the model, component fit and evaluation criteria.

### Shape & custom molds

What to provide: Drawings or references with the critical dimensions identified.

What to confirm: Design feasibility, tooling scope, charges and sample revisions.

### Packaging & sets

What to provide: Pack format, artwork, required labeling and a list of set contents.

What to confirm: Product protection, pack size, quantities per carton and artwork version.

Options are reviewed by model. A catalog image is a starting reference; the approved specification defines your order.

## Connect design decisions with production.

Discuss the construction and finish of your tool with its manufacturing requirements in view. The factory profile brings together BOFEI’s legal identity, production photographs and supplied quality documentation.

## Should I start with private label, OEM or ODM?

If an existing model fits your idea, start with its reference and the brand details you want to change. If you have a defined design, send drawings for an OEM discussion. If the concept needs product design support, explain the use case for an ODM discussion. Agree the actual design and manufacturing scope in the project brief.

## Can I change just the logo, color or packaging?

You can request individual changes without proposing a completely new product. Share the exact model and artwork so the available process, material compatibility, quantity requirements and packaging fit can be reviewed.

## What is the MOQ for a customized order?

MOQ is confirmed for the model, customization, color breakdown and packaging. Include your total quantity and quantity per variant in the inquiry; one minimum should not be assumed to apply to every product or set.

## What files should I prepare for a new design?

Start with a drawing or reference image, critical dimensions, intended use and preferred materials. For branding, add logo artwork and placement. The team will confirm which production files and further details are needed for the agreed development scope.

## How are sample fees and timing confirmed?

Single-piece samples are available for project evaluation. Sample fees, tooling charges and delivery conditions are confirmed with the quotation. Ask for a schedule that distinguishes design or tooling work, sample review, bulk production and transport. Changes after approval should be reviewed for their effect on cost and timing.

## Who owns a custom mold or design?

Confirm ownership, permitted use, storage, maintenance and any exclusivity terms in writing before development starts. These terms are project-specific and are not established by a catalog selection or a general website description.

## What should be checked before bulk production?

Review the agreed model and revision, dimensions, materials, color, logo, packaging and quantity breakdown. Record the approved sample and any remaining changes, then confirm inspection requirements and delivery terms in the order documents.

## Can I request documents for my destination market?

Include the destination country, sales channel and required documentation in the brief. Availability and any testing arrangements must be checked for the specific product. A factory management-system certificate does not establish product-specific compliance.
