Prepare a wholesale or private-label quotation request with model references, quantities by color, artwork, packaging and destination. Use this checklist to give suppliers a consistent brief.

## Start with a model or reference

Include the BOFEI catalog model and an image showing the exact shape. Where a model has more than one variant, specify the size and version. If you need a new design, attach a drawing and identify which dimensions are essential.

## Break down the quantity

State the total quantity and the quantity per color, model or set. Identify whether you need a stock item or a customized version. Request confirmation of the minimum quantity for each configuration instead of assuming one minimum applies to everything.
